アメリカ国内の航空券予約はやはりExpedia
アメリカ国内の航空券の予約サイトもホテル同様、
エクスペディアが最もよいでしょう。エクスペディアは、アメリカ国内最大の予約サイトで、最安値の航空券は、ほぼここで購入することができます。
予約の時期ですが、余裕を持って、開催の二月くらいまでにとっておくとよいでしょう。カルフォルニアなど、日本人学生が多い州から来る場合は、前日のいい時間帯に到着できる便は、すぐに埋まってしまう可能性があります。
航空券は、エクスペディアのトップページから簡単に検索できます。また、万が一ホテルの予約をまだしていない場合は、一緒にしておくとよいでしょう。
トラベルスカラーシップについて
トラベルスカラシップは、ボストンキャリアフォーラム参加者に与えられる、航空券の費用負担補助プログラムです。必ず応募するようにしましょう。
もらえる金額は場所によって異なります。

1.2010年6月30日までに卒業（見込み）の学生
つまり、大学3年生、又は卒業前の4年生、そして院生の1年、2年生が主な対象になる、ということです。
2.キャリアフォーラムに2日間以上参加できる方
ボストンキャリアフォーラムの最終日は基本的には消化試合として受け取られていますが、2日以上の出席なので、これは流石に大丈夫でしょう。スカラシップの受領は2日目の午後からです。受領の際はフォーラムで使用するネームバッジ及び身分証明書（パスポート、学生証、運転免許証又は請求書等現住所が証明できるもの）が必要になります。

どのくらいの確率でもらえるのか？
正確な数字は不明ですが、去年のキャリアフォーラム時に、5人の友人全員が申し込んだときには、スカラーシップをもらえたのは2名でした。個人的な所感では、主催会社の予算枠が重要な要素だと思いますが、これは参加者にコントロールできませんので、
１）できるだけ早く申し込むこと
２）要求されるエッセイのクオリティ
３）大学3年生又は院生1年生よりも、大学4年生又は院生2年生であること
の３つが重要なファクターではないかと思います。一般的に、参加企業の数が少なければ、その分主催会社の予算がきつくなるので、スカラーシップの額も少なくなると考えてよいでしょう。

トラベルスカラーシップの連絡
トラベルスカラーシップの連絡はいつ来るのか？
トラベルスカラーシップの締め切りは、ボストンキャリアフォーラムが始まる1,2週間前です。しかし、トラベルスカラーシップの連絡は、締め切りよりも早く来ます。つまり、ディスコ側は、締め切りを待たずに、スカラーシップの対象者を選んでしまっている、ということになります。
ちなみに、僕の場合は、9月10日に申し込み、10月1日にトラベルスカラーシップの対象者に選ばれた連絡が来ました。

選ばれると、次のようなメールが、ディスコのサイトの受信箱に届きます。
件名 Travel Scholarship Acceptance: Boston Career Forum 2008
Congratulations! We are happy to inform you that you
have been selected as a Travel Scholarship recipient for
the Boston Career Forum 2008 being held on Oct. 31st to
Nov. 2nd, 2008.
We hope that the Travel Scholarship will help defray costs
for your traveling and accommodations expenses in Boston.
If you have not made your transportation and accommodation
arrangements already, we urge you to do so as soon as possible.
The scholarship amount is rewarded based on the state you reside
during the school year, or the state where you currently reside,
if you have already graduated. You can refer to CFN's travel
scholarship page for the exact amount you will be awarded.

A check in your name will be available for you at the Career Forum.
If your name on your bank statement is different from the name
used to register to CFN, please reply to this email and provide
us with the correct information no later than Oct. 17th. This is
to ensure that your check will be properly processed. Please be
assured that your information will be kept confidential; this is
the payment system we have utilized for the past 15 years.
Please pick up your award on the second day (Sat, Nov. 2nd)
after 2:00PM or on the third day (Sun., Nov. 3rd) after 10:00AM.
To receive the scholarship, you must attend the Forum at least
two days and present the registration name badge and a valid
ID (e.g. driver's license, student ID or passport). If your ID
does not reflect your current address, please make sure to bring
another document that proves your current address (e.g. utility
bill, credit card statement, school mail).
Due to security reasons, under NO circumstances, can we award the
scholarship before or after the Career Forum. Please plan your trip
accordingly.
In order to provide as many candidates with the travel scholarship,
please let us know as early as possible if you can not attend the
Boston Career Forum.
